We are seeking a skilled Content PR & Web Manager to lead the company’s communication strategies, drive organic traffic, and enhance our online presence, with a primary focus on social media marketing. This role requires a blend of brand communication and awareness, analytical skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, content, PR best practices, a proven track record of successful digital campaigns, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends. ****
The Communication Manager will report directly to the CMO, implementing Content/Social Media and Public Relations strategies, and marketing plans to achieve marketing and sales goals and drive company growth.
This is a fully remote job with flexible working hours.
Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to boost inbound leads, brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics.

Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and others. Brand promotion.

Develop and implement content strategies that align with our social media and SEO goals, ensuring a constant presence throughout the company to capture and create engaging content. Create content and collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, articles, case studies, white papers etc.

Contribute to the development of social selling and ABM strategy.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community.

Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. track and report on key social media metrics, monitor sales generation.

Maintain and safeguard brand voice and a unified messaging strategy across own, paid, and earned media.

Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and webmasters for link opportunities.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance social media and SEO performance, experiment with new social media trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Also:

Website maintenance (change requests, new pages) — as needed.

External publication preparation and management — as needed for MCs.

Inbound Content preparation. Clients’ interview/testimonials.

Vendor (designers, writers, media, souvenir manufacturing, etc.) management including onboarding, task setting, work acceptance, payments thru accounting.

Awards applications. Events support and marketing souvenir production (texts, visuals, contracting/payments) — as needed.

Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 3+ years as a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, PR/Content Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT services industry.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts and campaigns and achieving measurable results.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (blogs, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices, tools, and analytics.

English lever Upper Intermediate and higher. Excellent writing, grammar and spelling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

Ability to create engaging content, including text, images, and videos.

Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns and inform future strategies. The ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop unique social media campaigns and strategies.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Skills to handle customer interactions and manage the online community effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in the proxy and data field will be a plus.
