HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote Sourcer.
Daily Responsibilities for Remote Sourcer:

6-8 weeks – if candidate needs it to be a little longer, she is willing to flex

Source and identify qualified candidates in the first stage of the recruitment process and send to Recruiter

Draft and send out recruiting communications to potential candidates

Follow up on employee referrals

Will be sourcing for all practice positions

Will not have a list of reqs but the Recruiters who need help will ask this candidate to help source for specific roles

Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 8:30am or 5:30pm

Required Qualifications for Remote Sourcer:

High School Diploma of GED

2+ years of sourcing experience

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Indeed, Zip, crafting Boolean search strings)

Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS), and candidate management systems.

Experience using Google docs

Pay Details: $28/hour – $29/hour
