Job Description
Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers by inbound and outbound calls (primary).

Provide a positive and helpful experience by answering questions and gathering necessary information to prepare insurance quotes.

Connect customers with licensed insurance agents.

Provide support through emails and chats.

Account Management:

Manage existing customer accounts for personal insurance policies through phone, email, text, and chat.

Assist customers across platforms accurately.

Team Collaboration:

Work in a fun and collaborative team environment.

Maintain an adaptable approach to changes in procedures.

Insurance Knowledge:

Understand and work with offerings from over 20 insurance carriers to quote policies for auto, home, renters, and more.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to create accurate customer insurance quotes based on profile details.

Run insurance history reports to ensure proper rating and compliance.

Data Management:

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data within the database.

Publish and send finalized rates to customers promptly.

Qualifications

Manage multiple tasks efficiently, navigate systems quickly, while engaging with customers.

You are thorough and ensure accuracy in all tasks

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work.

This is a 100% remote opportunity open to applicants who reside in Costa Rica only.
