My Consulting Offer
We are looking for former management consultants in MBB (McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company) firms to mentor students who aspire to become management consultants.
About the Role
We offer a total of $200 for 3 sessions spent with each student (1 hour per session) + a success bonus of $100 if the student gets an interview with a firm.
Part-time (at least 4 hours per week)
100% flexible hours (you set your hours) and is remote (work from anywhere in the world)
You can take on as many as 5 or as little as 1 client, at any given time

Help students with their resumes and cover letters so they can land an interview at a consulting firm
Answer questions about a career in management consulting

We help students and young professionals transition into a career in management consulting. We are a team of former McKinsey, Bain, and BCG Consultants, Managers, Principals, Partners, and Recruiters from across six continents. Since 2017, we have helped over 800 students get jobs in consulting.
Job Requirements
Must love mentoring and coaching others
Able to commit at least 4 hours per week
Worked at least 2 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG in a client-facing role (e.g., BA, Associate, EM, AP, Partner)
Worked in one of the following locations: Dubai, Saudi Arabia

Additional Comments
Unfortunately, we do not work with consultants who are still working at McKinsey, Bain or BCG given the unpredictable schedules, however, we do accept applications from consultants on transition/search.
We are looking for candidates who left their role with McKinsey, Bain, or BCG no earlier than 2018.
