Requirements –
Must have knowledge about HR domain and recruitment.
Ability to manage workload
Ability to complete the task within time limit.
Good Knowledge of requirements (IT and NON IT)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
Own Laptop and High speed Broadband connection is must.
Good communication skill (English).
Education- MBA degree in HR domain.
Responsibility – Candidate will have to do postings, searching, review resumes, negotiate with candidate and finalise.
We will initially start with mentioned requirements then extra responsibility will be added with going forward.
