Responsibilities

Source, screen, and assess potential candidates who are fluent in German.

Review and evaluate resumes, qualifications, and application documentation.

Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ language skills, experience, and qualifications.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and qualify specialized talent.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet the demands of our clients.

Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and ethical standards.

Provide ongoing support and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Fluency in both written and spoken German.
