Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences? We are seeking an Overnight Elite Lifestyle Manager to join our dynamic team and provide high-end, personalized support to our elite clientele.
As an Overnight Elite Lifestyle Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for VIP clients in the Travel and Lifestyle industry, ensuring their every need is met with the utmost care and attention to detail. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working overnight shifts to accommodate the needs of our international and APAC clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide round-the-clock concierge services, including travel arrangements, reservations, event planning, and personalized requests.
Anticipate client needs and proactively offer tailored solutions to enhance their lifestyle and experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with various departments and vendors to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English
2 years + Proven experience in a luxury hospitality, concierge, contact centre ,travel or lifestyle management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
Able to work shifts from 11pm to 7am
Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
