The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a talented Recruitment professional to join our growing IT recruitment team. You’ll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals across various skill sets.
Designation: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter IT
Location: Remote – PAN INDIA
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews/assessments
Negotiate offers, manage the recruitment process
Build a strong talent pipeline
Requirements
Qualifications:
– Min 1 to 3 year IT recruitment experience
– Strong understanding of IT skillsets
– Proven success in creative candidate sourcing
– Ability to Deliver within TAT
