As an Email Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that drive conversion and sales. Your responsibilities include: Developing and implementing email marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth Creating compelling email content that engages and motivates our target audience to take action Developing and managing email campaigns from end to end, including planning, design, content development, and execution Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for increased conversion rates and sales Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels Keeping up-to-date with email marketing best practices and emerging trends and making recommendations for continuous improvement. Developing and maintaining an email marketing calendar to ensure timely and effective communication with our subscribers Requirements Results-driven and proactive Knows how to analyze and interpret data Can edit/write/check content With at least 3 years successful experience as an Email Marketing Manager With background in AB Testing Advanced MS Excel skills With experience in building list databases and implementing list hygiene initiative Stack : Email marketing platform (Knowledge of any of the following will do: Pinpointe, Mailchimp, Active Campaigns, and A’Weber) Salesforce or any other CRM tool MS Excel
