Job Description
Maintain Company fleet in Safe operational conditions
Optimize time & quality of repairs to Ensure spare vehicle availability
Optimize operation costs and Reduce Expenses by increasing the effectiveness of
Maintenance, Repair, and other related functions
Validate and Approve repair costs and car users expenses as per authority matrix
Analyze corrective maintenances of all the vehicles
Develop team capabilities by coaching, training, and evaluating employees performance
Identify the department KPIs and Ensure meeting them
Ensure Customer satisfaction
Manage the department budget
Manage the optimization of internal maintenance services & washing technicians’ performance and productivity
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering preferably Mechanical division.
Min. 10 years of experience in a similar role includes 3+ years in a managerial role
Preventive Maintenance Experience
Transport Management Experience
Vendor Management Experience
Fleet and Driving Safety Knowledge
Communication & Interpersonal skills
Planning & Prioritizing Skills
MS Office Proficiency
