As a Video Editor, your role will involve bringing concepts and ideas to life through engaging video content across multiple channels for a rapidly growing e-commerce brand.
An ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of current video editing software and be skilled in every aspect of the video production process, from storyboarding and concept to the final deliverable. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential, and the ability to swiftly convert written or spoken ideas into video content that resonates with our brand and target audience is crucial.

OBJECTIVES
Please keep the following in mind:

Help establish and protect our brand identity across all video content and channels.

Create and develop various video materials for digital use, including advertisements, social media posts, website content, promotional videos, and product demonstrations.

Work independently and collaboratively with our marketing team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and meet deadlines.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects within production parameters.

Edit and manipulate footage, audio, and visual effects as required.

Requirements

3-5 years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

Experience in motion graphics, color grading, and sound design

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and creating video content for online stores

Strong analytical, storytelling, and attention to detail skills

Ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality video content

Knowledge of current market trends in video production and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies

Experience with creating video content for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands (preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, multimedia, or related field (preferred but not required)
