Job Description
Define and execute sourcing strategies and manage Commodity Managers.
Lead negotiations, contract development, and achieve cost savings.
Evaluate and select suppliers, fostering key business relationships.
Drive cost optimization and strategic procurement initiatives.
Mentor staff in long-term strategic planning and category management.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
10+ years in procurement with strategic sourcing domain
5+ years leadership experience.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills with a proven cost-saving track record.
Extensive experience in commodity and supplier management, especially in electronics manufacturing.
