Job Title: Business Manager – Assessment and Testing Tools (REMOTE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Business Manager to lead the operational and business aspects of our assessment and testing tools division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education technology, sales, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the assessment and testing tools division
– Oversee the development, delivery, and maintenance of products and services
– Ensure efficient customer support and success processes
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to achieve business objectives
Business Management:
– Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
– Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
– Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
– Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and new business initiatives
Additional Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of operations and sales professionals
– Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in operations and business management, preferably in education technology or assessment and testing
– Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success principles
– Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
Nice to Have:
– Experience with assessment and testing tools, education technology, or related software
– Knowledge of sales automation tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms
– Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
