We are looking for a Part-Time After-Hours Matrix Mobile Specialist to conduct same day outreach in all forms of communication to our field staff with processing electronic/mobile time entries and resolving any tech issues with mobile app.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 5:00PM-12:00AM.
You will need to commit to working every weekend
Position will transition to remote once fully trained.
Responsibilities
Process electronic/mobile caregiver time entries
Ensure timely data entry and accuracy for accurate caregiver payment
Address issues and questions regarding mobile time entries
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Research and resolve missing information or discrepancies on time entries and resolve issues
Organize and maintain relevant information and documents related to mobile time entries
Escalate issues to team leader or manager as appropriate
Provide excellent customer service to caregivers calling for mobile time entries requesting assistance
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional organizational skills required
Experience with mobile apps and computer systems
Must possess excellent communication skills in English
3+ year’s customer service experience
Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bilingual Spanish is a must
Being Tech savvy is a must
Job Requirements
18+ years old
US work authorization
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and reference check
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
