We offer a project-based freelance opportunity for a talented Social Media Strategist and Content Creator to join our team. What You’ll Do

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.

Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with target audiences.

Design and develop eye-catching graphics and visual assets for social media platforms.

Write compelling copy for social media posts, captions, and ad copy.

Manage social media calendars and schedule content across various platforms.

Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Engage with the target audience through comments, direct messages, and other social media interactions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Create and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms.

Feel comfortable appearing on camera for video content creation.

We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.

Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).

Excellent writing and copywriting abilities to create engaging content.

Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their algorithms.

Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze social media performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

A passion for social media and a continuous drive to learn and stay updated on industry trends.

Video editing skills and experience creating video content for social media.

Comfort and confidence appearing on camera for video content.

Competitive Remuneration:
We offer a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience, ranging from KES 1000 – KES 2,000 per day (subject to experience and qualifications). Additional compensation may be considered for exceptional performance.
