Salary Range: $900-1800 USD / month

As the Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our Automation Control Center. You will be responsible for managing the updates and optimization of Amazon listings, providing crucial feedback to our algorithms, and aiding in the training and refinement of our automation systems – while also interacting directly with our customers. Your insights will directly influence the enhancements of our automation tools and the strategic direction of product development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Automation Control Center, ensuring efficient and effective automation of Amazon listing processes.
Monitor and review updates to Amazon listings, ensuring they meet quality standards and drive expected outcomes.
Provide detailed feedback on algorithm performance, identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities to enhance system accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the product team to communicate findings and suggest new automation features or adjustments.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing listing performance that align with brands’ growth objectives.
Provide guidance to a team of CoPilots – listing experts who review updates for additional quality assurance
Requirements
At least 2+ years of solid experience as an Amazon Operations Specialist
Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a tech or e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace and experience with e-commerce ads & search engine optimization strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and a passion to take leadership & action.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Eager to expand automation functions beyond the listing space
Other language skills outside of English are a plus (preferably German, Spanish, and/or French)
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, plus if with experience in Helium10/Data Dive
Strong SEO Background
