Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. The Sales Lead will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading sales initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales within staffing and recruiting agency firms. The Sales Lead will also have the opportunity to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities within the Education, Tech, and STEM sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Lead and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the senior management team.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Lead and mentor a team of SDRs, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales within staffing and recruiting agency firms, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the education or technology industry is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary:
$65,000 to $75,000 (with $150,000 total compensation expected in 1st year)
