Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is critical to owning and executing our content strategy across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media (organic), and our website/blogs.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing:
Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
Manage and email subscriber list, ensuring segmentation and personalization for targeted campaigns.
Monitor and report on email performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Social Media (Organic):
Manage and execute our social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
Monitor social media trends, respond to audience interactions, and analyze the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
Website and Blogs:
Own the content strategy for our website and blog, ensuring it aligns with our overall marketing goals.
Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content for SEO and user engagement.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a seamless content experience across the site.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology/software businesses in the B2B space, in a startup.
Proven ability to create compelling, high-quality content across email, social media, and web platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing best practices, and social media strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative flair.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and content management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Able to analyse and optimise continuously to achieve target metrics for engagement and conversion
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
