Job Description:

Take ownership of an existing portfolio of accounts in the region.

Grow our presence in APAC. Bring new clients and build a team locally to

effectively manage these customers. * Manage a team of local experts tasked with building the company’s B2B presence in Asian markets.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team and create a culture of

collaboration, innovation, and excellence. * To work with the commercial director to build the team, set targets and work
autonomously with support from the rest of the business to reach agreed targets. * Identify new business opportunities in Asia, cultivate partnerships, and nurture
existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth and brand recognition. * Being responsible for Marketing in APAC by taking ownership of marketing
initiatives and branding efforts in the APAC region. * Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute
comprehensive marketing strategies. * Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through
targeted marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven track record of at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, with a focus on

business development, team management, and market expansion within the
Asian region. * Strong understanding of the Asian market landscape, including cultural nuances,
regulatory frameworks, and industry trends. * Strong leadership skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Precise written and verbal communication skills in English proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.

Previous solid experience in building teams.

Strong cross-team/organization collaboration skills.

As a person, you are a quick learner and results-oriented.
