We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support various business functions, focusing primarily on LinkedIn outbound management and CRM system oversight. This is a key role in driving business growth through lead management and administrative support for the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Management & CRM: Handle LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, and manage CRM systems to track leads and campaigns.
Contract Strategy: Assist with creating various business agreements.
Graphic Design: Manage small design projects and outsource larger ones as needed.
Sales & Business Development Support: Aid in strategy execution, partnership creation, and marketing initiatives.
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, communication, and perform research.
Talent Sourcing & Research: Source talent and conduct in-depth research on various business topics.
Desired Skills:
Exceptional written English
Proficient in LinkedIn and CRM systems
Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
Excellent research and organizational skills
Initiative-driven and resourceful problem solver
Additional Information:
Availability: Initially 25-30 hours/week, growing to full-time, overlapping with 9-5 PM EST.
Compensation: Starting at $5-6/hour with opportunities for raises and commissions.
