Job Overview:
As a Senior Application Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team where you’ll support existing Workday Finance applications, create integrations, mentor and train team members while contributing to process improvement initiatives. This fully remote role is based in the US and will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday Finance modules to meet the organization’s needs, including financial accounting, planning, reporting, and other finance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workday Finance modules, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday Finance-related issues.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Assist in optimizing financial processes through automation and system enhancements.
Lead testing, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure efficient use of the platform.
Qualifications:
Workday Finance Experience
Strong Development Background
SQL Expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Planning.
Workday Certification in Finance.

Position Type: W2
Compensation: Annual base salary range of $110,000 – $135,000 (based on experience) + annual discretionary bonus.
