Role: Product Strategy Specialist

Qualifications:
Proven experience in value proposition validation, onboarding flow design, and collaboration with engineering teams, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong understanding of user experience design and validation methodologies.
Proficiency in using tools such as Respondent.io, UserTesting.com, and Figma for customer research, usability testing, and design.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
Familiarity with product management tools and techniques.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for driving user-centric product development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with frameworks such as Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) or Design Thinking.
Familiarity with user onboarding best practices and tools.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced, agile environment.
