As the sales team member, you will be participating in lead generation and full cycle sales process for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on SaaS SDR, Account Executive with passion to learn SaaS Sales.
Responsibility Mix for the Team:
Participate in sales process to drive revenue and user acquisition
Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in sales and marketing
participate in lead generation campaigns to acquire new customers
Optimize our sales process to ensure maximum conversion rates
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives
Use data and analytics to track performance and optimize strategy
Create and manage partnerships to expand our reach and increase revenue
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
Experience managing remote international inside sales teams
Qualifications:
Phenomenal English Verbal and Written Communication
Proven track record in sales, with hands-on experience in lead generation and full cycle sales for a SaaS product.
Ability to lead by example and mentor junior team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue and growth
Data-driven, with the ability to use analytics to track performance and optimize strategy
Strong understanding of marketing and user acquisition strategies
Comfortable taking ownership and putting skin in the game.
