GTEcom BV was established in 2018 and headquartered in The Netherlands. Our mission is to continue scaling our operations and opening & sustaining more successful global brands to achieve our target of $500M revenue and more than 50 stores worldwide by 2027. Our diverse team of 70 and growing remote e-commerce experts in their own niches from different parts of the world is helping us transform our vision of growing the company to a reality.

The Role
You will be responsible for:

Conduct SEO Audits: You’ll start by performing comprehensive SEO audits for all our brands, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.

Analyze and Recommend: You’ll evaluate the audit results and provide strategic recommendations on which brand has the most potential for quick SEO wins, focusing on areas that can generate immediate impact.

Strategize and Prioritize: Once the brand is chosen, you’ll develop a targeted SEO strategy aimed at leveraging the brand’s strengths to maximize visibility and drive sales.

Optimize Key Pages: You’ll focus on optimizing specific pages with the highest potential for conversion, ensuring they rank well and establish strong SEO authority.

Implement SEO Tactics: You’ll implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including keyword optimization, link building, and content improvements, to enhance the brand’s online presence.

Monitor and Adjust: You’ll track the performance of the SEO efforts, making data-driven adjustments to continually improve rankings and drive more traffic to the site.

Report Progress: You’ll regularly update stakeholders on the SEO progress, highlighting wins, challenges, and next steps to ensure alignment with business goals.

Ideal Profile

You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong track record of driving results.

You’ve successfully worked with e-commerce and fashion brands, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries, and can act effectively based on set goals.

You’re skilled in using industry-leading SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms to optimize websites and improve search rankings.

You have the ability to work independently and manage your tasks with minimal supervision while being proactive in providing updates and suggestions.

You can meet deadlines and set proper, realistic expectations.

You’re comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable strategies to enhance SEO performance.
