Serco supports federal and state contracts across the US and Canada, in the areas of Defense, Civilian, and State/Provincial agencies. In this role, you will be supporting our Defense and Civilian Services business units and critical contracts in Canada, . You will be part of the 10+ employee Corporate Strategic Pricing Team, supporting high visibility must-win proposals, in US and Canada. As part of our team, you will be vital in collaborating with our technical teams to create and develop compliant, competitive price models and cost narratives. This position reports to the Director of Pricing.
In this role you will:

Provide proposal pricing support for large strategic bids, task orders and contract modification proposals to the federal government.

Develop, coordinate, analyze, and prepare price proposals and supporting documentation in accordance with government RFPs and corporate policies.

Ensure accuracy, adherence, compliance and maintenance of the company’s Cost Estimating System.

Analyze RFPs, establish pricing volume deliverable schedules, collect direct and indirect pricing inputs, create and evaluate pricing model scenarios, develop cost narratives and produce final approved Pricing Volume.

Coordinate and communicate with program teams, proposal managers and experts from various departments as well as senior executives.

May author basis of estimates, strategic cost assumptions and responses to DCAA audits.

Be familiar with a variety of the field`s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Perform a variety of tasks.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

United States Citizenship is required

A Bachelors Degree

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Current or previous experience in Federal Government price proposal development

Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and TINA

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Hands on experience with Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint and Word

Ability to handle multiple price proposals simultaneously

Knowledge of standard RFP/contract structure and contract types (CPFF, T&M, and FFP)

Ability to write a cost narrative

Excellent communication and writing skills

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $88,123.71 to $143,199.87; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
