The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of our client’s business by engaging potential buyers through outbound outreach and converting them into satisfied customers. This involves a comprehensive approach from initial contact to client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process.
The Impact you’ll make

Your Tasks:

Product Mastery: Become an expert on the client’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively position offerings.

Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Conduct Outbound Outreach:Engage potential buyers through outbound calls as part of a B2C campaign.

Consultative Selling: Engage deeply with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Set-Up Appointments: Schedule meetings with the internal sales team to advance the sales process.

Discovery and Scoping Calls: Conduct initial discovery and scoping calls with prospects to understand their needs and align solutions.

Proposal Drafting and Negotiation: Create tailored proposals and facilitate negotiations to close deals.

Client Onboarding: Lead client onboarding calls with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition and integration.

CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) records to track interactions and progress with prospects and clients.

Required Experience

At least 2 years of experience in B2C or B2B cold calling campaigns.

Experience in discovery calls, scoping calls, creating proposals, and client onboarding.

Excellent communication skills with a neutral or near-native American accent.

Steady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles.

Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas

WFH Set-Up:

Computer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up.

At least 50 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet

Rate: starting at $5/hour

Probationary period:

High attendance expectations during the first two weeks.

Strict probationary policy: any absences, tardiness, or attendance issues will result in withholding pay.

Exceptional attendance is crucial; failure will lead to removal from the position.
