JOB OVERVIEW
Part-Time Remote Meta Ad Specialist & Virtual Assistant
We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hours/week) to manage our Meta advertising campaigns and provide virtual assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
– Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and conversions for service based clients
– Provide general virtual assistance tasks as needed (Engagement Monitoring on clients social accounts, assisting in the creation on social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, data entry, document and report preparation)
– Report on ad performance and key metrics
– Manage ad budgets efficiently
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns
– Proven track record of increasing ROI, specifically within a 10-15 hour work week
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
– Ability to work and complete market research in a number of fields
– Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Meta ads analytics tools
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Qualifications:
– Experience with virtual assistance tasks a plus
– Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
– Familiarity with project management tools
– Additional Details:
– Part-time position: 10-15 hours per week, ongoing
– Flexible schedule
