The company provide a full suite of marketing services for e-commerce, from market research and consulting to BTL strategies.
We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner for the APAC region.This role involves consulting management on human resource-related issues to support business growth and scalability through close collaboration with business leaders. It also involves direct talent acquisition and managing the HR agencies based on the Asia department’s strategic targets, advising business leaders, and helping to develop and implement strategies for talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development in an environment where 80% of the team works remotely spanning across dozens of time zones, even outside of Asia hours.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the high-risk online payment industry including technological advancements and market trends.

Expand, maintain, and develop the network of relevant key contacts, including, but not limited to, HR agencies, corporate secretaries, payment agents, and referral agents, both online and through visits to main industry expos and events globally throughout the year.

Support the recruitment process, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent with expertise in online payments andor merchant verticals, both via the direct recruitment process as well as managing the HR agencies.

Implement, maintain, and develop the performance management system for the Asia department employees, facilitate the annual performance review

Assist in managing and facilitating organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition; provide expertise in organizational design and effectiveness, particularly to the further scaling of operations.

Use data to drive decision-making, and identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Candidate:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a business partner role or equivalent, preferably within the high-risk online payment or high-risk merchant vertical.

Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the high-risk online payment industry in Asia and its unique challenges.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong

relationships at all levels. * Excellent English + one Asian language (Thai andor Chinese language preferred; Vietnamese, Bahasa, and Tagalog are acceptable), both written and spoken.

Developed personal, through-agent and through-agency network in Asia
