You will join an excited and motivated team and be a pivotal member of the organizations growth. The D365 F&O Support Analyst will collaborate with a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst & ERP team, ensuring the continued success of the organizations D365 F&O ERP System.
The successful Dynamics 365 F&O Support Analyst will be responsible for the day to say support of their Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O systems.
You will support end users, troubleshoot and resolves issues, work on documentation and end user training, whilst collaborating with the ERP team to help ensure the continued success and growth of the IT & ERP team across the organization. The successful Dynamics 365 F&O Support Analyst candidate will have:
– 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
– Strong supply chain & operations experience
– Trade & Logistics, Supply Chain is a must and based finance understanding is required
– Experience supporting users across Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Power BI experience is a plus
– D365 CRM experience is a plus and Customer Engagement knowledge is desired
