We are looking for a Data Entry Representative to update and maintain accurate data in our company’s databases and systems. Your main responsibilities include collecting and entering data into databases, ensuring data is correct and up-to-date, and reviewing information for errors. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities

Enter and update data into company databases and systems with accuracy and speed.

Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, correcting them when necessary.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Organize and maintain files and records for future use.

Generate reports and perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve any issues.

Follow data entry procedures and company policies to ensure consistent and reliable data entry.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with database software.

Excellent typing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
