The Role
Overview
This role plays a pivotal role in crafting unique and personalized both vector and digital illustrations tailored to meet the diverse creative needs of Design Pickle’s clients. This position involves creating custom visual elements that enhance and individualize brand messaging and storytelling.
Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM US Time (Eastern or Pacific Standard Time)
Scope of Work
Work proficiently with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create both vector graphics and digital paintings.
Daily Collaboration: Engage regularly with customers, team coordinators, quality specialists, and other creatives to ensure seamless workflow and project success.
Client Interaction: Directly interact with Design Pickle’s customers to understand their specific requests, set realistic delivery expectations, and provide exceptional custom illustrations using Vector Graphics or Digital Paintings
Collaborative Quality Assurance: Work closely with team coordinators and quality specialists to ensure that custom illustrations meet client specifications and align with brand aesthetics.
Creation of Unique Illustrations: Produce custom, one-of-a-kind vector illustrations and digital paintings that resonate with the client’s messaging and brand identity, enhancing the storytelling process.
Visualization and Conceptualization: Translate client ideas and concepts into visually compelling and original custom illustrations.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain custom illustration assets efficiently for seamless workflow and future reference.
Skill Refinement: Stay updated with the latest illustration techniques and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge, high-quality custom illustrations.
Client-Centric Flexibility: Adapt to additional service requirements as specified by the client, ensuring a tailored and unique creative output.

In general, your work would involve:
Vector Illustrations: Clean, scalable vector graphics for various applications.
Digital Paintings: Realistic, semi-realistic, and stylized digital paintings.
Portraits/Photorealistic Portraits: High-detail illustrations capturing individual likenesses.
Illustrated Vector Logos: Custom-designed logos with unique artistic elements.
Custom Typography: Hand-drawn or digitally crafted unique lettering.
Cartoon/Caricatures: Fun and engaging character illustrations, both digitally and vector-based
Concept Art: Visual development art for various creative projects.
Illustrated GIFs: Animated illustrations for dynamic visual content.
Isometric Illustrations: Detailed isometric views for various purposes.
Illustrated Infographics: Visual representations of data and information.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating custom illustrations.
Robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both vector and digital illustration techniques.
Experience in conceptualizing and producing unique illustrations based on client requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective project management.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (Upper Intermediate B2 English level), both orally and in writing, for effective client communication and seamless team interactions.
Important:
Keep in mind that after the recruitment process, you’ll participate in a 2-week program we call Brine, where we’ll need your availability during regular working hours in the PST timezone. Throughout this period, you’ll engage in tasks similar to the projects our creatives handle daily. The main goal is to showcase your ability to deliver top-notch designs quickly. You’ll receive the necessary resources and valuable tips to enhance your workflow. It’s important to note that this phase serves as a pass/fail assessment for full onboarding onto Make Relish. Embrace the challenges and let your creativity shine!
