Join our energetic Miami-based company as a Remote Operations Manager, where your main responsibility is to enhance and streamline our online resale operations. Our company excels in refurbishing returned items and reselling them across top platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Virtual Teams: Lead a team of virtual assistants in managing P&L statements, product listings, and various administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential clients and partners, pitching products and driving new business opportunities.
Maintain Listing Accuracy: Ensure that all products are listed with precision and sold efficiently across multiple eCommerce platforms to maximize profits.
Optimize Returns: Manage customer return negotiations, making strategic discount decisions to maximize the value of resold items.
Task Delegation: Clearly assign tasks and monitor their completion to ensure all processes are efficient and error-free.
System Innovation: Continuously seek out new and improved task management systems, moving away from Asana if a better solution arises.
Inventory Management: Utilize SellerCloud software to manage inventory and oversee product postings, guaranteeing seamless operations (training available if needed).
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
Experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within the eCommerce industry.
Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, with a focus on driving sales and operational efficiency.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a remote team to success.
Self-motivated, independent thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Superior communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
A collaborative team player with a calm and patient managerial style.
