Responsibilities * Prepare case-specific documents, including applications, petition forms, cover letters, and other documents as required

Conduct legal research

Provide general administrative support

Communicate with clients

Maintain and update documentation, and organize files by establishing deadlines, and adhering to them consistently

Draft briefs, table of contents, memoranda, and other documents for United States Cittizenship and Immigration Services, the Immigrant Investor Petitions Office, National Visa Center and various U.S Consulates across the world.

Write declarations, affidavits, and letters of support related to immigration matters

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all legal matters

Qualifications * Previous experience as an Immigration Paralegal or similar role is preferred at least one year

Familiarity with legal procedures, immigration terminology, and the USCIS is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with document management experience

Excellent research skills

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Skilled with online work. Emails/ Document sharing etc.

Education * Masters/Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Management.
