Job Purpose:
To provide functional expertise to HSO’s Dynamics 365 customers both nationally and internationally. Reporting to Head of Functional Services
Key Responsibilities
Helps & works with Sr consultants on client projects.
Manages time and tasks on projects.
Works toward learning new modules / technologies as per the project requirements.
Helps freshers to learn and train on the product.
Mentor junior Test Engineers.
Ensure utilization to meet HSO’s standards.
Requirements
Understanding of STLC, SDLC, Bug life cycle.
Thorough hands-on experience with all the levels of testing including Smoke, Usability, Functional, Integration, Regression, Re-testing, User Acceptance and System Testing.
Must have good working experience in various Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
Experience in understanding customer requirements, user stories and convert them to Test scenarios/Test Cases.
Experience in Azure DevOps.
