Manager / Senior Manager – Institutional Sales (B2B)
Work Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from office for Hyderabad else Work from Home

Typically people with 4+ years’ experience from Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA colleges fit in well but
we don’t hire for the background only. If you are a Star, you can Triple of Your Salary with
the incentives. Young or Old … if you have the stuff, we will see it.
Requirements
-Target Achievement: Aggressively Plan, Prospect, Connect and Drive the sales targets,
ensuring consistent and sustained growth in a highly competitive market.
– Team Motivation: Foster a positive and energetic sales culture, where the team is inspired,
engaged, and driven to excel.
– Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and
exceed individual and team sales targets.
– Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and analyse sales performance, providing
actionable insights and feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
– Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and
competitors, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead.
Qualifications:
– Experience: 4+ years of experience in Saas /B2B/Enterprise sales from a Tier 1 or Tier 2
colleges.
– Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve and exceed
targets.
– Understanding and experience of using sales automation/CRM tools like Leadsquared
– Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills, with the ability to
inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
– Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, with the ability to develop and
execute effective sales strategies.
– Aggressive Mindset: A results-oriented approach with a strong focus on target
achievement and driving revenue growth.
– Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
strong relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders.
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven
decision-making.
