Key Responsibilities: * Sales Management:

Drive the sales of Whole Milk Powder (WMP) and Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) in the Philippines market.

Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Team Building & Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve the company’s performance objectives.

Marketing Leadership:

Formulate and execute marketing plans that align with sales targets.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive product awareness and sales growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

Continuously build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key partners.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the milk powder or FMCG industry.

Proven track record in sales management and marketing leadership roles.

Previous experience in building and leading teams, especially in startup environments.

Strong knowledge of the Philippines market with an existing network of industry contacts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
