Starting salary of 50,000PHP+ depending on experience.
JOB SUMMARY:
As part of the E-Commerce Team, the Data Analyst will work with our team responsible for overseeing and managing all of our listings online across various marketplaces (Amazon, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Kohl’s). You will upload, edit and maintain listings. You will also manage the process from end-to-end in managing all of our flat files and paste our existing listings to our other marketplaces. This role focuses daily on driving operational excellence in speed, accuracy, service and requires exception organizational, time and task management skills.
You will upload, edit and maintain listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts.
You will do daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all Amazon Seller Central accounts for policy violation or account health warnings
You will complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords and other product details.
You will maintain and update and manage Amazon Storefronts, Enhanced Brand Content as well as create various deals within each Amazon marketplace.
You will assist with successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products and generating reviews that comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service.
You will remain up to date with Amazon’s best practices, new trends and platform updates
You will manage and maintain the Shopify account listing including but not limited to, regular listing audits, keyword research and optimization and listing enhancements.
You will work on other various tasks to assist other departments where needed including, but not limited to, such as solving issues with the assistance of Amazon Seller Support.
Integrating seller content to the Amazon platform using standard item creation templates, working with Business Teams across the world.
Integrating external content to the Amazon websites using Amazon internal content creation templates.
Correcting and enhancing existing content of products that have high visibility on the different marketplace websites that show poor content.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE: Prior experience with working on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Ebay, Walmart or other online marketplaces
Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
Experienced with Amazon, Shopify and other eCommerce platforms
Hard-working, resourceful, self-motivated, detailed, and responsible.
Extremely organized and able to multi-task (you will be managing over 200 listings in more than 10 platforms)
Fast learner, assertive and has a lot of common sense when given instructions
Inventive and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually streamline the department and suggest new ideas on a regular basis.
Willingness to work for a single employer exclusively
Capacity to work additional hours if needed
