– Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech’s headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) To act as helpdesk engineer in providing helpdesk call service and troubleshooting of PC problems;
2) To carry out client software rollout, PC health checking and performance tuning;
3) To provide trouble-shooting and PC support to ETCC;
4) To perform other duties assigned by SE/IT1 or his delegates.

Requirements 1) Proven work experience in supporting OA service in HKSARG is preferred (in particular in Windows 10, Lotus Notes Client, Microsoft Office support);
2) Solid experience in working in a helpdesk/call center;
3) Required to travel to/station at various TD sub-offices and remote offices for on-site support;
4) On-shift working is required
5) Good communication skill, particularly on call service is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years’ experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 2 years’ experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
. At least 2 years’ experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years’ experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years’ experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 2 years’ experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT).
– At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
– At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
