MuleSoft Solution Architect & Manager – Remote
Full-time, Permanent (Mon-Fri, EST business hours)
Salary: Up to $180,000 + excellent benefits ( including pension plan )
Location: Remote, with one day required in Manhattan during onboarding.
Position Overview:
The IT Department is seeking a MuleSoft Solution Architect & Manager to drive the organization’s API-led integration strategy using the MuleSoft platform. The candidate will lead a team of developers, manage key projects, and ensure the efficient delivery of solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration with other systems, particularly Salesforce, and in developing innovative solutions for the organization’s application needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of MuleSoft Developers, ensuring optimal use of skills and timely project delivery.
Platform Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for MuleSoft solutions, aligning with the broader IT goals of the organization.
MuleSoft Development: Use programming languages such as .Net, JavaScript, Python, and T-SQL to build and enhance MuleSoft solutions.
Azure & DevOps: Leverage Azure and DevOps tools for MuleSoft solution development, testing, and deployment.
Salesforce Integration: Manage the integration of Salesforce with the MuleSoft Anypoint platform, ensuring seamless data transfer and optimal performance.
Platform Administration: Administer the MuleSoft Anypoint platform, ensuring its performance, and addressing any issues that arise.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations.
SDLC Involvement: Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to the development team to enhance their skills in using the MuleSoft platform.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a lead role for MuleSoft solution design and administration.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with MuleSoft development, including API design and integration; proficiency in .Net, JavaScript, Python, and T-SQL; operational knowledge of Salesforce data transfer using MuleSoft Anypoint.
Project Management: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC; experience in leading cross-functional IT teams.
Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration Professional.
Salary Range: $170,000 – $180,000 with excellent benefits, including a pension plan.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work 100% remotely while contributing to impactful healthcare solutions, with only one day travel to Manhattan required during the onboarding process.
