MySigrid is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Virtual Assistant to support our property management team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth property management processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is currently open to candidates based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

YOUR ROLE AS AN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Communication: Respond to tenant inquiries, manage requests for maintenance or repairs, and provide general assistance via phone or email.

Property Listings: Assist with posting and updating property listings on various platforms, managing inquiries, and scheduling property viewings.

Lease Management: Support lease administration, including preparing and renewing lease agreements, tracking lease expirations, and maintaining proper documentation.

Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and follow up on property maintenance requests, work orders, and repairs with vendors or contractors.

Rent Collection & Financial Tracking: Monitor rent payments, track overdue payments, and send reminders to tenants. Assist with basic financial tracking, including expenses and property income.

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, organize documents, and assist with scheduling appointments and property inspections.

Research & Reporting: Conduct market research as needed, provide property performance reports, and track key metrics related to properties.

Requirements
As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

Prior experience in property management, real estate, or as a virtual assistant (preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient in using property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium)

Familiarity with online property listing platforms

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools

Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment

With a quiet place at home away from any disturbance, a laptop, a smartphone, and fully running Wi-Fi connection of 10mbps or higher

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of financial tracking and property management processes

Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors

Knowledge of lease agreements and tenant management practices

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets once a month at a minimum.
