Trouble-shooting incidents related to Server and Storage hardware support
Problem determination, management and problem fixing
Provide prompt and efficient onsite/remote technical support to company users
Liaise with service providers and vendors
F.5 or above
At least 1 years of post-qualification proven working experience in the relevant function/specialty
Experience in Installation/configuration of Linux and/or Windows OS and related.
Certification in Linux and/or Windows is an advantage
