Job Title: Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist with extensive experience in implementing Dynamics 365 modules, particularly in Project Accounting, Finance, and CRM. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 implementation projects. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring Dynamics 365 modules to meet those needs, and providing training and support to end-users.
Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives related to Project Accounting, Finance, and CRM.
Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 modules to align with client requirements.
Lead implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where customization or development is required to meet client needs.
Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 functionalities effectively.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of configured Dynamics 365 modules.
Provide training to client stakeholders and end-users on how to use Dynamics 365 modules efficiently.
Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 modules, with a focus on Project Accounting, Finance, and CRM.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 functionalities and configurations, including but not limited to data migration, workflow automation, and report generation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Proven track record of successfully leading Dynamics 365 implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 Sales, or related areas would be a plus.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
