Seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based therapy through telehealth, helping individuals and families navigate their mental health journeys from the comfort of your home office.
Requirements:
Licensure: Active LICSW or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1 year practicing psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches.
EMR Proficiency: At least 1 year of experience in treatment planning and documentation within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Tech Setup: Must have access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a quiet, private space to conduct virtual sessions.
Licensing Flexibility: Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.
Earning Potential: Up to $91,000 annually (including base pay, which is determined by licensure level and experience).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Therapeutic Support: Offer evidence-based treatments for a diverse patient population, primarily through video or phone consultations.
Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, group, and family therapy (where applicable) alongside mental health assessments and interventions.
Intake & Referrals: Facilitate patient intakes and provide appropriate counseling, referrals, and follow-up services.
Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
