About our client:
We manage the newest city high rises and pastoral suburban townhomes, from ultra-luxury to affordable housing. We work on assignments from over one thousand units to as few as 20.
This position is remote but exclusive to candidates residing in Metro Manila
Activities:
Preparation of monthly financial statements and cash management for a portfolio of associations.
Monthly closing process for a portfolio of properties (reconciliations, reclassifications, excel workbook update, and balance sheet schedules)
Work with property managers, general managers, board members, and/or Account Executives to review and finalize the financial statement package.
Preparation of audit work papers.
Coordination of the budgeting process with the property management supervisors.
Assist other accountants on properties outside of their portfolio in order to meet contractual deadlines
This is a “hands-on” position that requires strong technical expertise and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Standard time: 09:30 pm to 6:30 am Manila time.
Daylight saving: 08:30 pm to 5:30 am Manila time.

3 years of experience in General Accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or in Finance/Business with complimentary accounting courses).
Track record of being able to handle increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience with Property management accounting is a plus.
Highly proficient with EXCEL and MS Office, as well as strong computer and analytical skills.
Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
