About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects and ensure their successful delivery. This remote role requires a professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in project management. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
What you’ll do:

Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage communication among stakeholders.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Provide leadership and direction to project teams.

Report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Implement best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
