JOB OVERVIEW
Job Description:
We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in custom-made canvas artworks, turning client images into unique designs. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and provide excellent support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with order updates, product information, and any questions they may have.
Manage communication between clients and our design team for design previews, revisions, and final approvals.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.
Use Shopify to manage customer orders, process refunds, and track order status.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Strong experience in responding to emails and providing clear, concise communication.
Proficiency with Shopify: managing orders, processing returns, and troubleshooting issues.
Experience in communicating with suppliers to manage production and shipping timelines.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Quick learner, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
