JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a strong background in managing remote teams of virtual assistants (VAs) and overseeing social media content distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of deliverables from a team of VAs, copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors. You will manage the social media posting process, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, ensuring all posts are aligned with our content strategy.
**Responsibilities:**
– Manage a team of remote virtual assistants, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality expectations.
– Oversee the daily posting schedule across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook).
– Collaborate with the team (copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors) to ensure all deliverables are aligned and meet project deadlines.
– Use project management tools to track progress, review deliverables, and assign tasks.
– Manage social media content calendar and scheduling across platforms.
– Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with marketing objectives.
– Collaborate with marketing leadership to optimize the posting strategy based on engagement data and performance metrics.
– Work with Whop.com to ensure smooth operation of payment gateways, lead magnets, video courses, and webinar scheduling.
**Qualifications:**
– Minimum 3 years of experience managing remote virtual teams.

– Proven experience in social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform scheduling tools).
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience with Whop.com is a plus.
