Experience in candidate assessment through various methodologies to ensure the best hiring decisions.

Skilled in negotiation to facilitate job offers and reach mutually beneficial agreements with candidates.
Effective onboarding skills to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and attract top talent.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist qualified candidates for further consideration.
Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews and feedback sessions.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and manage talent pooling activities.
Assist in developing job descriptions and job specifications to effectively communicate requirements.
