Junior Sales Representative – Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves promoting and selling Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions and Virtual Care Programs to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other medical institutions. You will work closely with our experienced sales and marketing teams to learn about our product offerings and how to communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and contact potential clients in the healthcare industry who could benefit from RPM and virtual care programs.

Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers and medical institutions

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding virtual care services

Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with prospects.

Support Senior Sales Team: Collaborate with senior sales representatives to execute strategies, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in healthcare regulations related to RPM and telemedicine.

Training: Participate in training sessions to develop a deep understanding of our RPM and virtual care solutions, including how they integrate with existing healthcare systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or technology fields (experience in remote patient monitoring or telemedicine is a plus but not required).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex healthcare solutions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort with cold-calling, networking, and reaching out to potential clients.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
