Job Description
Full-time position in the NBS service center taking in-bound calls, working an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth.
This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties

Answer and respond to incoming participant phone calls, voice mails and emails

Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas

Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor

Review and approve reimbursement claims

Qualifications

Have strong typing and 10key skills

Have excellent customer service skills

Be highly motivated

Have positive attitude

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately

Ability to work well within a team

Spanish speaking useful

Education and Experience – High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
